Đặt hàng, địa điểm giao hàng, thời điểm chuyển quyền sở hữu
3.1. Việc mua bán hàng hóa giữa các bên được thực hiện nhiều lần trong thời gian có hiệu lực của hợp đồng này
3.2. Bên B phải đặt hàng trước 03 ngày làm việc
3.3. Địa điểm giao hàng: Giao tại kho và chi nhánh của GREENFEED. Các chi nhánh giao hàng có trách nhiệm xuất hóa hơn, chứng từ cho khách hàng và thực hiện kê khai thuế theo quy định
3.4. Thời điểm chuyển quyền sử hữu;
Quyền sở hữu sản phẩm sẽ được chuyển cho bên B khi GREENFEED thực hiện xong việc xếp hàng lên phương tiện vận chuyển tại kho của GREENFEED
3.5. Do điều kiện thực tế của Bên B là không nhận hàng trực tiếp từ GREENFEED, nên Bên B đề nghị GREENFEED giao hàng cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào nhận hàng tại kho của GREENFEED và ký nhận vào các hóa đơn bán hàng của GREENFEED xuất cho Bên B
