3 kĩ năng tôi cần cải thiện là sự tự tin, khả năng lãnh đạo và khả năng hội nhập. mỗi khi theo dõi các dự án, sự kiện mà aiesec đăng cai tổ chức, nhìn vào từng thành viên đã làm nên thành công của những dự án đó, tôi luôn nhận thấy sự tự tin toát ra từ họ. họ rất tự tin vào khả năng của bản thân, biết cách dùng sự tự tin để phát triển mọi khía cạnh năng lực của bản thân. từ lúc đó tôi nhận ra mình vẫn chưa đủ tự tin như họ và mình cần một môi trường thật tốt để trau dồi điều đó. tiếp theo đó, tôi tự cảm thấy rằng khả năng lãnh đạo của mình vẫn còn kém. tôi gặp vấn đề trong việc quản lý thời gian, vạch kế hoạch cho mỗi mục tiêu và kĩ năng dẫn dắt một nhóm- điều mà aiesec chắc chắn có thể giúp tôi thay đổi và khắc phục nó. cuối cùng, khả năng hội nhập của tôi còn khá kém. tôi bỡ ngỡ khi tiếp xúc với nhiều nền văn hóa khác nhau và tất nhiên đó là một bất lợi cho công việc của tôi sau này. chính vì vậy, tôi mong chờ rất nhiều từ một môi trường chuyên nghiệp như aiesec có thể trở thành môi trường để tôi luyện tập và rèn dũa bản thân
