Bên A xin chịu hòan tòan trách nhiệm trước pháp luật về mọi hành vi do bên B nhân danh bên A thực hiện việc ủy quyền trên đây.
Bên B cam kết thực hiện đúng nội dung bên A đã ủy quyền cho bên B. Hợp đồng được lập 03 bản, mỗi bản 03 trang, Phòng Công chứng số 3 TP Hà Nội lưu 01 bản.
Hai bên đã đọc lại, hiểu rõ nội dung hợp đồng và tự nguyện ký tên dưới đây. Lập tại Phòng Công chứng số 3 TP Hà Nội, ngày 30/04/2016.
