Trong thời gian trên nếu phát sinh các nguyên nhân do bên A hoặc trường hợp bất khả kháng dẫn đến nhà xưởng không thể tiếp tục cho bên B thuê một phần hoặc toàn bộ, bên A có trách nhiệm hoàn trả lại số tiền thuê đã nhận của bên B trên cơ xác định số thời gian và diện tích đã thuê thực tế.
