Create brochures and training materials. Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training etc.) Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly. Provide companies with classroom training, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops. Communicate with public services when necessary Responsible for the recruitment of new employees, ensuring at all times the most efficient processes are used to reduce mis-hires and recruitment costs. Responsible to work with relevant line managers and Directors regarding employee relations matters including but not necessarily limited to: employee grievances; performance management and improvement requirements; terminations; salary negotiations; bonus applications; promotions; job change management.
