ĐIỀU 10: CHI TIẾT YÊU CẦU ĐẶT PHÒNG
10.1. Khách sạn yêu cầu Lữ Hành liệt kê đầy đủ thông tin chi tiết khi gởi thư yêu cầu đặt phòng bao gồm: Tên khách, số lượng người lớn và trẻ em, ngày tháng năm sinh, ngày nhận phòng, ngày trả phòng, loại phòng, xác định khách nào ở cùng phòng với nhau, mã dịch vụ, yêu cầu cá nhân và những thông tin khác.
10.2. Khách sạn sẽ gởi thư Xác Nhận Đặt Phòng đến với Lữ Hành trong vòng 24 giờ sau khi nhận được thư yêu cầu Đặt Phòng, trường hợp chưa thấy phản hồi từ khách sạn, Lữ Hành phải trực tiếp liên hệ để kiểm tra với khách sạn bằng điện thoại, tránh trường hợp thất lạc thông tin.
10.3. Trường hợp thư yêu cầu Đặt Phòng từ Lữ Hành không nêu rõ chi tiết cần, khách sạn sẽ chỉ cung cấp dịch vụ theo điều kiện có sẵn của khách sạn.
