Hiện tại, bộ phận hành chính đã hết catalog 2015-2016 để bán hồ sơ cho sinh viên nhập học hè 2016. Em đề xuất in thêm 03 cuốn với chi phí 120.000 VNĐ (40.000 VNĐ/cuốn, in màu tờ bìa, các trang trong in đen trắng và đóng gáy lò xo) để kịp thời cung cấp cho bộ phận hành chính.
Về catalog 2016-2017, hiện tại em đang tiến hành thu thập thông tin mới về lịch học, học phí, chương trình đào tạo,.... từ các bộ phận khác trong trường để cập nhật và chỉnh sửa lại. Dự kiến tháng 7 sẽ hoàn thiện để trình BGH duyệt và tiến hành in ấn phục vụ cho năm học mới.
