20.1. Hợp Đồng sẽ được hiểu và điều

20.1. Hợp Đồng sẽ được hiểu và điều chỉnh theo pháp luật Việt Nam.
20.2. Các bên sẽ cố gắng để thương lượng giải quyết các tranh chấp giữa họ phát sinh từ hoặc liên quan đến Hợp Đồng.
20.3. Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh liên quan đến Hợp Đồng mà không thể được giải quyết giữa các bên sẽ được giải quyết thông qua Toà án có thẩm quyền của Việt Nam. Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh từ hoặc liên quan đến Hợp Đồng sẽ được giải quyết cuối cùng và độc quyền bởi Toà án cấp thẩm quyền của Việt Nam phù hợp với các Quy định về của pháp luật Việt Nam. Ngôn ngữ của phiên toà áp dụng theo pháp luật Việt Nam.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

20.1. The contract shall be interpreted and governed by the law of Vietnam.20.2. The parties will attempt to negotiate settlement of the disputes between them arising out of or relating to the contract.20.3. Any dispute relating to the contract which cannot be settled between the parties will be resolved through the courts of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from or relating to the contract will be settled finally and exclusively by the competent court of Vietnam in accordance with the rules of the law of Vietnam. The language of the trial imposed under the law of Vietnam.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

20.1. Agreement will be construed and governed in accordance Vietnam law.
20.2. The parties will try to negotiate and settle disputes between them arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
20.3. Any dispute arising in relation to the Contract which can not be resolved between the parties will be settled through the competent courts of Vietnam. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by final and the competent courts of Vietnam in accordance with the provisions of the law of Vietnam. The language of the court apply the law of Vietnam.
