Trường hợp nghỉ việc trong khoảng thời gian ngày chốt tính thưởng và ngày quyết định trả thưởng, phải có thời gian làm việc liên tục trong thời gian tính thưởng thì vẫn được thanh toán bình thường. Thời gian nghỉ việc sẽ căn cứ vào thời gian nghỉ việc thực tế của người lao động
