- Nếu Tư vấn vi phạm thời gian thực

- Nếu Tư vấn vi phạm thời gian thực hiện hợp đồng sau 2 tuần mà không do sự kiện bất khả kháng hoặc không do lỗi của Chủ đầu tư gây ra, bên B phải chịu phạt 1,5 % giá trị của đợt thanh toán đó cho mỗi tuần chậm tiến độ (kể từ tuần thứ 3 trở đi). Tổng mức phạt không được quá 12% giá trị hợp đồng. Trường hợp Tư vấn vi phạm thời gian thực hiện hợp đồng, không hoàn thành công việc nêu trong Hợp đồng này và tự thực hiện việc chấm dứt hợp đồng mà không có lý do chính đáng thì Tư vấn phải hoàn trả lại toàn bộ chi phi mà Chủ đầu tư đã chuyển cho Tư vấn để thực hiện công việc mà hai Bên thống nhất tại Hợp đồng này tính tới thời điểm chấm dứt Hợp đồng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
