Hiện nay, bất kỳ người lao động nào ( trừ nhân viên thực tập không lương) làm việc trong các công ty công hay tư nhân đều được nhận lương. Ngoài mức lương tối thiểu họ được nhận dựa theo quy định của chính phủ, thì họ còn được nhận các mức lương thưởng khác dựa theo quy định của công ty.
