Đối tượng 1 – hộ gia đình trong ngõ 46:

- Theo thời gian -> các hộ gia đình có tích lũy của cải -> sửa nhà, nâng tầng nhà trong các ngõ lên cao để có thêm diện tích ở.
- Các hộ nhà đã ở đây từ lâu ( hộ phỏng vấn ở khoảng gần 30 năm)
- vì ngõ 46 thuộc công ty, xí nghiệp từ xưa -> Một bộ phận các nhà ở trong ngõ k có sổ đỏ -> dù vẫn ở nhưng không phải thuộc đất của chủ hộ, tuy nhiên, xí nghiệp công ty cũng k thu tiền thuế nhà đất.
- xưa: các ngõ chỉ được 1 sân trong ngõ xây 1 cầu thang -> ngõ 46 thì xây 2 cầu thang -> do chủ đất có chức quyền nên tự mở rộng.

đối tượng 2 – bác bán hàng nước vỉa hè:

- nếu 1 trong số các hộ trong ngõ muốn xây nhà hay nâng tầng đều sẽ là 1 v.đề khó khăn -> trong ngõ có nhiều hộ ở cùng nhau, nhà xây sát nhau -> khi muốn tách hộ thì sẽ ảnh hưởng đến không gian kiến trúc của các hộ gia đình khác, phải làm nhiều giấy tờ thủ tục -> khó xây
- ngõ 64, 57 có nhiều hộ gia đình: từ 15-20 chủ.
- Các nhà mặt đường thường chỉ có 1 chủ nhưng nhiều con cháu
- Các hộ trong ngõ đều đã tách riêng biệt
- Trước ĐT2 ở Phúc Tân, Hàng Muối -> Chiến tranh năm 66 chuyển về ở Hàng Bồ đến nay

- Gia đình bạn chuyển đến đây ở từ năm 1975.
- Gia đình có 3 thế hệ: ông bà – bố mẹ - con cái.
- Căn hộ của gia đình bạn nằm trên tầng 2, thẳng từ nhà đối tượng 1 lên, xây 3 tầng nên có thể được coi là cao nhất khu dân cư ngõ 46.
