ngày 3.10.2000, centrimex có công văn yêu cầu SGD No-1 từ chối thanh toán lô hàng. Do vậy lô hàng bị mất trắng là hoàn toàn do Centrimex. Phía công ty Centrimex phải chịu trách nhiệm.
