tôi đã mua cái điện thoại này với giá là 200 đôla mỹ vào tuần trước nhưng trong bao hành là one năm. vấn đề của nó là màng hình nó không hoạt động và còn bàn phím thi nó không tốt như lần đầu tôi đã mua nó .nhiều lần tôi nhận tin thì nó lại đứng máy ,khi tôi nghe điện thoại thì nó bỗng nhiên tắt máy nhưng nó lại không hết pin và nhiều chức năng của nó bị lỗi giống như vậy.

tôi mong công ti có thể đổi lại hoặc sửa điện thoại cho tôi, nếu không thì hoàn lại số tiền . xin cám ơn công ti rất nhiều .
