Ở nước ta hiện nay đang tồn tại một thực tế là sinh viên tốt nghiệp tại các đơn vị đào tạo hầu như chưa đáp ứng được nhu cầu của các nhà tuyển dụng, do đó họ gặp rất nhiều khó khăn trong quá trình tìm kiếm việc làm, đặc biệt là sinh viên chuyên ngành kinh tế tại Hải Phòng vốn bị coi là thiếu năng lực. Mục đích nghiên cứu của đề tài là tìm hiểu thực trạng việc làm của sinh viên kinh tế và quản trị kinh doanh sau tốt nghiệp và những kinh nghiệm của sinh viên đã đi làm, có những thành công nhất định trong công việc từ đó đề xuất những biện pháp giúp sinh viên kinh tế và quản trị kinh doanh có cơ hội tìm kiếm việc làm phù hợp, nâng cao khả năng trúng tuyển khi tham gia xin việc của sinh viên ngành quản trị kinh doanh trường đại học Hải Phòng.
