Tôi viết lá thư này để than phiền về chất lượng phục vụ của khách sạn. Tôi đã phải chịu đựng trong suốt thời gian tôi ở khách sạn của các anh.Mọi thứ trong có vẻ khác xa so với mẫu quảng cáo tôi nhìn thấy. Trong mẫu quảng cáo đó mọi thứ dường như rất tốt và sang trọng như:
Thứ nhất,Những chiếc xe đưa đón chúng tôi rất hiện đại và đầy đủ tiện nghi.
Thứ 2,Phòng mà chúng tôi ở rất sạch sẽ, thoáng mát và có đầy đủ mọi thứ mà chúng tôi cần.
Không những thế Các bạn còn nói mọi người rất lịch sự và ân cần, chúng tôi sẽ được ăn những thức ăn tốt và sạch sẽ nhất.
Nhưng thật tế mọi thứ thật kinh khủng, những chiếc xe rất cũ và chật chội và không có máy lạnh, còn cách phục vụ thì rất tệ. Điều tồi tệ hơn nữa là người tài xế không hề lịch sự như những gì mọi người đã nói.
Bạn nên điều chỉnh lại mọi thứ để giải quyết những gì mà bạn đã gây ra cho chúng tôi,hơn thế bạn phải bồi thường cho chúng tôi về việc này.

Monday, room we stayed in was very clean, airy and complete with everything that we need.

But really everything was horrible fact, the the car is very old and cramped and did not have air conditioning, while the service is very bad. The worse thing is that the driver was not polite as to what people have to say.
You should adjust everything to settle for what you've done to us, than that you have to compensate for them I am about this.
