- Bản cam kết này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký và sẽ hết thời hạn sau khi các bên đều đã hoàn thành trách nhiệm của mình.
- Trong quá trình thực hiện cam kết này nếu có vấn đề khó khăn phát sinh các bên phải kịp thời thông báo hoặc trực tiếp gặp nhau bàn bạc biện pháp giải quyết trên tinh thần hiểu biết lẫn nhau. Nếu có tranh chấp xảy ra mà hai bên không thương lượng giải quyết được thì sẽ đưa ra tòa án kinh tế xét xử. Phán quyết của tòa án sẽ là điều khoản bắt buộc cho cả hai bên.
Hợp đồng này được lập thành 4 bản có nội dung và giá trị pháp lý như nhau và có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký. Mỗi Bên giữ 2 bản để thực hiện.
