Chuyên viên kiểm soát nội bộ/- Xây dựng kế hoạch chi tiết kiểm tra hoạt động tuân thủ các quy trình, quy chế của Ngân hàng Quân Đội (MB) và của NHNN tại các Chi nhánh MB khu vực miền nam. - Là thành viên/ trưởng nhóm thực hiện kiểm tra công tác tuân thủ các quy trình, quy chế của MB và pháp luật tại các Chi nhánh/ công ty con về hoạt động tín dụng, tài chính kế toán, nhân sự, hành chính - văn thư... - Lập biên bản kiểm tra và đề xuất các kiến nghị dựa trên kết quả kiểm tra cũng như đưa ra các cảnh báo rủi ro liên quan đến tất cả các mảng hoạt động tại ngân hàng. - Theo dõi tình hình khắc phục sau kiểm tra tại các Chi nhánh của MB - Tham gia xây dựng các quy chế, quy định, quy trình, hướng dẫn, biểu mẫu liên quan đến hoạt động kiểm tra, kiểm soát tuân thủ của Khối kiểm soát nội bộ. - Lập các báo cáo hàng tháng/ quý về kết quả hoạt động kinh doanh của các Chi nhánh MB Khu vực phía nam, phân tích, tìm nguyên nhân biến động tăng, giảm của từng chỉ tiêu hoạt động.
