Trường hợp hai bên không thống nhất

Trường hợp hai bên không thống nhất được đơn giá thuê tại thời điểm điều chỉnh (cho 03 năm tiếp theo). Mỗi bên đều có quyền chấm dứt hợp đồng thuê và gửi thông báo cho bên còn lại. Bên thuê có quyền bàn giao lại cho bên cho thuê diện tích thuê trên vào trước hoặc ngày cuối cùng của kỳ hạn thuê ( 03 năm đầu ) hoặc kéo dài thời hạn thuê thêm 06 tháng với các điều kiện thuê đang áp dụng .
