Trong bài tiểu luận này, tôi đã đánh giá bản thân mình theo bảy khía cạnh văn hóa trong business. Thể hiện phong cách cá nhân riêng của mình trong môi trường là việc cũng như những khó khăn và thuận lợi mà tôi sẽ đối mặt. Bài trắc nghiệm khách quan và các tính cách bản thân đã giúp tôi hiểu hơn về bản thân mình để lựa chọn một môi trường là việc phù hợp trong tương lai. Bên cạnh đó, việc thấu hiểu những điểm mạnh và điểm yếu của chính bản thân mình cũng sẽ hỗ trợ tôi rất nhiều trong việc xây dựng giá trị bản thân cũng như tránh được những xung đột không hay trong quá trình làm việc trong một môi trường đa văn hóa. Có thể thấy, việc thấu hiểu văn hóa bản thân và văn hóa làm việc của các quốc gia khác đóng vai trò rất quan trọng trong việc làm việc với nhiều quốc gia. Chúng ta nên tự trang bị cho mình những kiến thức về sự khác nhau trong các nền văn hóa, tính cách và phong cách làm việc tại các quốc gia khác nhau trên thế giới để có những hành vi ứng xử cho phù hợp và thành công trong việc hoàn thiện bản thân và trong công việc.
