Tôi đã thực tập tại Phú Xuân bar cafe trong vòng bốn tuần từ ngày 05/04/2016 đến ngày 01/05/2016. Công việc ở đây được chia ra các khoảng thời gian khác nhau vì tôi là thực tập sinh nên tôi làm việc bốn tiếng mỗi ngày, vào những ngày lễ hoặc đông khách tôi sẽ làm tám tiếng . công việc bắt đầu từ lúc sáu giờ sáng, ngoài tôi ra còn có hai thực tập sinh và 3 nhân viên bàn và các nhân viên của bộ phận khác,chúng tôi chia nhau công việc cần làm vào mỗi sáng lúc chưa có khách như là lau bàn, quét dọn, lau sàn nhà,chuẩn bị trà và ly để sẵn sàng phục vụ khách hàng.Phú Xuân bar cafe có một không gian rộng, thoáng mát gồm phần sân và phần sảnh trong nhà, đến đây tôi được phân công cùng một nhân viên trong bar chịu trách nhiệm phục vụ khách trong nhà.việc đầu tiên khi khách vào tôi phải chào hỏi khách, mời khách uống trà và hỏi họ muốn dùng gì? Đồng thời tôi phải giới thiệu các loại đồ uống mới đến khách hàng.sau khi láy order từ khách tôi phải báo lại với nhân viên thu ngân để họ nhập vào máy tính sau đó báo với người pha chế để họ chuẩn bị thứ khách hàng muốn, nếu khách có nhu cầu ăn sáng thì tôi phải chuẩn bị dụng cụ và các món ăn kèm theo liên quan đến món họ gọi.trong quá trình khách ngồi tôi phải thường xuyên quan sát và chêm trà cùng phục vụ khách khi họ cần.khi khách yêu cầu thanh toán tôi sẽ láy phiếu tại thu ngân và mang cho khách sau đó dọn bàn sạch sẽ để chuẩn bị đón tiếp các vị khách mới.đó là công việc hàng ngày của chúng tôi đồng thời trong quá trình làm việc chúng tôi cũng làm một vài công viêc khác như rửa ly hay pha chế các loại đồ uống đơn giản khi nhân viên pha chế bận công việc khác.
