Bằng một niềm say mê trong đưa từng bạn trẻ trưởng thành, tôi thấy sao mình hạnh phúc lạ.

Thế rồi, từng doanh nghiệp, bận tập trung vào việc tái cấu trúc, sắp đặt mọi thứ để tổ chức mạnh hơn, tôi phát hiện ra mình có khả năng phát huy người khác một cách nhanh chóng khi có phác thảo cho mình một hướng đi. Thế nhưng, không phải DN nào cũng nhận ra tầm quan trọng của Thực tập sinh cho DN bởi nhiều lợi ích từ việc trở thành nơi rèn luyện của Thực tập sinh cũng như lợi ích cho nhân sự trưởng thành cũng đều tốt đẹp như nhau cả.

Và lần này, tôi nhất định phải biến ước mơ của mình thành hiện thực, đó là xây dựng chương trình thực tập sinh từ con số 0đ. Đó là khi Growing up plan ra đời với bao kỳ vọng.

Qua thời gian triển khai 2 tháng, nhiều thực tế về thực tập sinh là:

- Nhiều ứng viên apply nhưng không đến hẹn phỏng vấn, phỏng vấn đạt không liên lạc được, điều này cho thấy lao động trẻ ngày nay không xem trọng đơn vị tuyển dụng họ đó chính là lúc nó không hề biết họ không tôn trọng chính mình.

- Nhiều thực tập sinh năm cuối nhưng kỷ năng soạn thảo 1 văn bản word hay một bảng tính Excel đều rất khó khăn, và kỷ năng mềm như sắp xếp thứ tự ưu tiên cũng như bám deadline đều rất khó ngay cả những kế hoạch bản thân của họ. Họ xem quá trình thực tập chừng 2-3 tháng là đủ nhưng không có việc gì thực hiện cho đủ, có kinh nghiệp xử lý chiều sâu cho một chuyên môn chỉ trong thời gian 2-3 tháng và ở một nơi chỉ 2-3 tháng chỉ biết được vài quy trình thủ tục bề mặt chứ chưa thâm nhập kinh nghiệm xử lý thực tế để đánh giá kết quả được những gì mình làm.

Còn nhiều những nguyên nhân các bạn trẻ ngày nay năng suất làm việc kém hay quá trình rèn luyện kém. Nhưng trên hết, Growing up plan đã cố gắng hết sức mình với các tiêu chí: Không mục tiêu lợi nhuận, cho ra những nhân sự làm việc chăm chỉ thực sự và chịu khó kiên trì và biết tự đánh giá kết quả làm việc của mình, hiểu tương đối phần nào mình muốn gì.
