When I was little, my dad taught me how to ride a bicycle, and I've really liked this sport. It gives me quite a lot of benefits, especially health. First, it helps my body more supple, solid and my health improved a lot. Besides, it helps me relieve stress in learning. On every evening weekends with my family I bike ride around the streets in Hanoi. I feel more comfortable, more fun and more chilling when just watching bike street scene. It's really great! Moreover, bicycling is an easy exercise, very suitable for females to exercise to lose weight, keep in shape.
