Còn tiêu trắng là 8.911 USD/tấn.Giá xuất khẩu, nếu năm 1986 mới đạt 3.322,6 USD/tấn, thì năm 2000 đạt 4.260 USD/tấn, năm 2012 đạt 6.794,5 USD/tấn. Giá hồ tiêu xuất khẩu của Việt Nam ổn định trong tháng 9/2013 với cả 2 loại tiêu đen và tiêu trắng. Năm 2012, giá trung bình đạt 6.794,5 USD/tấn, 9 tháng đầu năm 2013 tuy giá có giảm so với cùng kỳ năm trước (giảm 6,7%), nhưng vẫn còn khá cao, ở mức 6.619 USD/tấn(cao gấp đôi năm 1986, cao gấp 1,6 lần năm 2000). Giá hồ tiêu dịp này đang tăng lên là do các nước nhập khẩu lớn đều đẩy mạnh mua vào, đồng thời giá tiêu trên thị trường thế giới đang trong xu hướng tăng.
