Nếu mẫu sinh học khách hàng cung cấp không đủ chất lượng, công ty sẽ yêu cầu bổ sung mẫu mà không thu thêm phụ phí, tuy nhiên nếu mẫu bổ sung này vẫn không đủ cho xét nghiệm hoặc cung cấp mẫu sau 3 tháng kể từ ngày thông báo thì những mẫu bổ sung tiếp theo khách hàng sẽ phải trả thêm phí

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If customer provides biological sample inadequate quality, the company will request additional samples without additional charge, however if this is still not enough additional samples for testing or provide samples after 3 months from the date of the notice, then the next supplement form customers will incur additional charges

If biological samples are not enough customers to provide quality, the company will require additional samples without pay extra charge, however if additional samples are still not enough to test or provide samples after 3 months from the date of notification, the next additional sample customers will have to pay extra
