4.1 Khi NĐBH yêu cầu chấm dứt hợp đ

4.1 Khi NĐBH yêu cầu chấm dứt hợp đồng bảo hiểm trước thời hạn, phải thông báo bằng văn bản cho Bảo Minh trước 15 (mười lăm) ngày kể từ ngày định chấm dứt. Nếu hợp đồng được hai bên thỏa thuận chấm dứt thì Bảo Minh sẽ hoàn lại cho NĐBH 80% phí bảo hiểm của thời gian còn lại, trừ trường hợp trong thời gian hợp đồng có hiệu lực để xảy ra sự kiện bảo hiểm thì Bảo Minh sẽ không hoàn lại khoản phí bảo hiểm còn lại này.

4.1 When NĐBH request the termination of an insurance contract before the deadline, must be notified in writing to the Privacy Coalition before the 15 (fifteen) days from the date of plan termination. If the contract was mutually terminated the agreement then will Bao Minh reimburse 80% of the premium NĐBH the rest, except during the period of the contract in effect to occur events Bao Minh insurance will not refund the remaining coverage.

4.1 When the insured request to terminate the insurance contract before the deadline, shall notify in writing the previous BMI of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of termination. If the contract was mutually agreed to terminate the Bao Minh will reimburse the insured's premium of 80% remaining duration, unless the contract period to effect the insurance event occurs, the BMI will not refund premiums remaining.
