In some conflict situations, I tried to just defend their own ideas, but to listen, to consider the idea of other members while maintaining good relationships among team members.
Bachiochi et al. (2000) an effective leader is the leader able to listen actively and convince followers. One of the first conflicts of our team is the script of the video. While I wanted to follow the group's video trailer of the film form hollywood, members would like to make videos by simply dialing a referral that subject. Then I tried to listen to their opinions, find out why they want to implement that idea. Then I came up with my own idea why I chose the script is like a movie trailer because I want all members to join and create video plays in a new idea, attract video viewers . I also reminded them of the content of the video is to make videos to help other students can choose a subject that suits them and promote that subject in an interesting way possible. Another difficulty we encountered was when the members of the group can not meet agreed schedules for different school schedules. For example, when Hydro is the main cameraman, but can only come on the days that I and Van are busy. So I've asked schedule of all team members, reschedule and find free time for all members. When one of the members can not attend, I encourage members to find ways to help their work to the video section was completed on schedule.
In addition, the impetus for the other members are carefully skills needed by a leader (Bachiochi et al., 2000). In creating the video, I often encourage and motivate their team members by their commendable job.
