Trong trường hợp Bên B liên hệ lại với Bên A để phối hợp giải quyết vấn đề mà Bên A không thể bố trí thời gian và nhân sự, Bên A sẽ có trách nhiệm gửi thông báo cho người có trách nhiệm của Bên B bằng email về việc trì hoãn này. Bên B không chịu trách nhiệm nếu việc trì hoãn này làm ảnh hưởng đến công việc của Bên A. Nếu việc trì hoãn này làm ảnh hưởng đến công việc của Bên B trong việc chăm sóc các khách hàng khác, Bên A sẽ phải chịu phạt 1% giá trị hợp đồng cho mỗi lần trì hoãn.
