Giảm hợp lý số lượng bệnh nhân ngoại trú quá tải và duy trì ở mức phù hợp với tình hình thực tế về
nhân sự và cơ sở vật chất hiện có của phòng khám (qua kết quả thăm dò bằng phiếu, chấp thuận ở mức từ 100 bệnh nhân trong ngày), đảm bảo chất lượng điều trị, chất lượng phục vụ bệnh nhân và ổn định tâm lý của cán bộ công nhân viên chức tại đây bằng các giải pháp về chuyên môn.

Overall goal:Reduce number of logical-patient overload and maintain at a level consistent with the actual situation ofhuman resources and the existing infrastructure of the clinic (through the probe results by vote, approved rates from 100 patients during the day), ensure quality treatment, patient quality and psychological stability of staff officers here using professional solutions.
