Tự động hạch toán các tài khoản ngoài bảng như 008, 009, 005, 007… và người dùng có thể tự thay đổi điều kiện để phần mềm tự ghi nhận các bút toán này khi khai báo lại trong Danh mục Tài khoản hạch toán đồng thời.
Kết chuyển tự động số dư tài khoản cuối năm và quyết toán được duyệt đầu năm, chi tiết theo nhiều yếu tố như: chương, nguồn, loại khoản, mục – tiểu mục, hình thức cấp phát… và người dùng hoàn toàn có thể thiết lập lại các yếu tố chi tiết này (theo danh sách có sẵn).
