Người Mỹ có rất nhiều văn hóa khác nhau, trong đó một trong những văn hóa em biết đến đó là không phân biệt giai cấp, họ không quan trọng giàu nghèo, đối với họ lao động chân chính một ngày nào đó sẽ được đền đáp xứng đáng, không ham danh vọng, vụ lợi cá nhân vào những việc cộng đồng. Bên cạnh đó, người mỹ rất coi trọng thời gian, đối với họ thời gian là vàng là bạc, vì vậy việc trễ giờ sẽ có một hình phạt thích đáng vì họ đang sống trong cuộc sống chạy đua theo thời gian, có trật tự và tuân theo quy tắc rõ ràng.
