Căn cứ vào biên bản phê duyệt tiểu dự án của ban Thẩm định, đối tác tại địa phương sẽ ký hợp đồng hỗ trợ với từng nhóm Cộng đồng và chuyển ngân sách cho nhóm Cộng đồng theo lộ trình thực hiện tiểu dự án. Việc tổ chức thực hiện, theo dõi giám sát tiểu dự án được thực hiện như mô tả trong bản đề xuất tiểu dự án. Các cán bộ dự án và nhóm Nòng cốt luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ và tư vấn về mặt kỹ thuật khi nhóm Cộng đồng cần (ví dụ tư vấn thủ tục ký kết hợp đồng với các bên cung cấp dịch vụ...).

Based on the minutes of the U.S. approval of project appraisal, the local partners will sign a support contract with community groups and moved the budget for community groups by exposing implementation project. The project staff and core group is always ready to assist and advise the technical Community groups need (eg consultation procedures with the contracting party service providers ...).
