sau khi nhận phản hồi từ IQC, chúng tôi đã kiểm lại lại tình trạng 5s và các nguyên nhân gây ra lỗi,tất cả đều tốt,nguyên nhân có thể do rivet rơi ra sàn & khi để hộp lên sàn,rivet đã bị dính vào thùng và sau khi đặt thùng đó lên thùng khác rivet rơi vào trong sản phẩm ok
