Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý, duy trì chất lượng dịch vụ khách hàng theo yêu cầu, tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ của VIB trong BC
Trực tiếp giải quyết/giám sát các khiếu nại của KH để đảm bảo cung cấp dịch vụ hài lòng khách hàng
Hỗ trợ khách hàng thông qua các kênh thông tin (email, chat, điện thoại, diễn đàn,…) để khách hàng có thể tiếp cận dễ dàng các thông tin về công ty, các chương trình khuyến mãi,...
Tiếp nhận tất cả thông tin thắc mắc, khiếu nại,… của khách hàng và đưa ra phương hướng giải quyết, xử lý vấn đề. Tập hợp tất cả những thắc mắc, khiếu nại không nằm trong khả năng giải quyết trình quản lý trực tiếp và đưa ra trong các cuộc họp để xin ý kiến, thảo luận, và thống nhất cách giải quyết.
Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan thực hiện các chương trình khuyến mãi, phân tích chi tiết những lợi ích của khách hàng khi nhận được, quy trình/ thủ tục nhận nhằm phát huy cao nhất hiệu quả của kế hoạch, mục tiêu đã đề ra
Tham gia thực hiện đo lường mức độ hài lòng của khách hàng. Báo cáo kết quả trình Trưởng phòng, tìm hiểu nguyên nhân gây ra các đánh giá không tốt, chưa đạt của khách hàng và đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến.
