a) Tình trạng suy giảm an ninh hệ thống;
b) Nguyên nhân;
c) Phụ tải có khả năng bị sa thải;
d) Các đơn vị và khu vực chịu ảnh hưởng.
2. Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện phải thông báo trước cho các đơn vị bị ảnh hưởng khi thực hiện sa thải phụ tải theo lệnh điều độ. Thông báo này bao gồm những thông tin sau:
a) Các khu vực bị ngừng, giảm cung cấp điện;
b) Lý do ngừng, giảm cung cấp điện;
c) Thời điểm bắt đầu ngừng, giảm cung cấp điện;
d) Thời điểm kết thúc ngừng, giảm cung cấp điện.
3. Khi không thể thông báo trước về sa thải phụ tải theo lệnh điều độ, Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện phải thông báo cho các đơn vị ngay sau khi thực hiện sa thải phụ tải theo lệnh điều độ:

b) Lý do ngừng, giảm cung cấp điện;
c) Thời điểm bắt đầu ngừng, giảm cung cấp điện;
d) Thời điểm kết thúc ngừng, giảm cung cấp điện.
