Nội dung phim nói về một sĩ quan vừa tỉnh dậy tại bệnh viện sau một tai nạn khi đang làm nhiệm vụ, anh ấy đã thật sự hoang mang trước cảnh thành phố hoang tàn vì đại dịch xác sống.
