Nhà thầu bị phạt theo mức phạt là 1

Nhà thầu bị phạt theo mức phạt là 1.2 % tổng giá trị hợp đồng cho nếu có sự cố không có mặt sau 90 phút. Tổng số tiền phạt không vượt quá 12% tổng giá trị hợp đồng. Chủ đầu tư có thể khấu trừ khoản tiền phạt từ các khoản thanh toán đến hạn của nhà thầu.
Các yêu cầu khác về phạt vi phạm hợp đồng:
Nếu bên B vi phạm thời gian cung ứng thiết bị theo danh mục bảng báo giá các thiết bị thường xuyên thay thế ( đính kèm hợp đồng này) bên B sẽ bị phạt 10% giá trị thiết bị cho mỗi 05 ngày chậm trễ.Tổng số tiền phạt không vượt quá 50% giá trị thiết bị.
