By direct survey found through a questionnaire to students at universities in Ho Chi Minh City, the author has collected enough data to be analyzed. Samples were selected by common methods of market research when convenient - non-probability. According to Nguyen Dinh Tho and Nguyen Thi Mai Trang (2009), the researchers were able to come into contact with any element that they find it convenient to use this method. For exploring factor analysis EFA, according to Hair et al (2010), the optimal sample size is 5 times the total number of observed variables. For analysis of multiple linear regression, according to Tabachnick and Fidell (2007) is to have the best results, the sample size required to satisfy the formula n ≥ 8m + 50, where n is the sample size and m is the number of variables independent of the model. Thus, an official sample is n = 200, in line with the minimum number of observations to be carried out factor analysis EFA and linear regression analysis multiples.
