Trước ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 2012, Jetstar Pacific Airlines đã khai thác dòng máy bay chủ yếu là Boeing B737 - 400, có 168 ghế hạng phổ thông (economy class). Cùng với sự phát triển của Jetstar Pacific, hãng này đưa vào khai thác thêm dòng máy bay Airbus A320 với biểu tượng mới, và bắt đầu từ ngày 1 tháng 1 năm 2013 Jetstar Pacific thay đổi toàn bộ máy bay, chuyển sang khai thác hoàn toàn bằng máy bay Airbus A320.
