ĐIỀU 17. BẤT KHẢ KHÁNG
17.1 Trong trường hợp bất khả kháng như động đất, giông tố, bão, lụt, hoả hoạn, chiến tranh xảy ra, khủng hoảng tiền tệ hoặc chính trị ở Việt Nam hoặc bất kỳ thị trường tài chính quốc tế nào hoặc hệ thống ngân hàng nào hoặc các tình huống khác xảy ra ngoài tầm kiểm soát hoặc ngăn ngừa của bất kỳ Bên nào, thì Bên bị ảnh hưởng sẽ được miễn thực hiện các nghĩa vụ của mình bao gồm cả nghĩa vụ phải trả tiền như đã nêu trong Hợp Đồng này, với điều kiện:
a. Sự kiện bất khả kháng là nguyên nhân trực tiếp cản trở hoặc làm chậm trễ việc thực hiện nghĩa vụ của Bên bị ảnh hưởng;
b. Bên bị ảnh hưởng ngay lập tức đã cố gắng hết sức để khắc phục hậu quả của Sự kiện bất khả kháng;

Article 17. FORCE MAJEURE17.1 in the event of force majeure such as an earthquake, hurricane, flood, Tempest, fire, the war happens, political or monetary crisis in Vietnam or any international financial markets or the banking system or other situations that occur beyond the control or prevention of any party then, the affected Party will be free to perform the obligations include the obligation to pay as stated in this agreement, provided that:a. unforeseen events is the direct cause to hinder or delay the implementation of the obligations of the affected Party;b. affected Parties immediately tried every effort to overcome the consequences of unforeseen events;

ARTICLE 17. FORCE MAJEURE
17.1 In the event of force majeure such as earthquakes, hurricanes, storms, floods, fires, wars happen, crisis or political currency in Vietnam or any international financial markets public health or the banking system or other circumstances occurring beyond the control or prevention of any Party, the party affected shall be exempt from its obligations, including the obligation to pay cash as set forth in this Agreement, provided that:
a. Force majeure events is the direct cause obstruction or delay the implementation of the obligations of affected parties;
b. Affected parties immediately tried his best to overcome the consequences of the force majeure event;
