Nhân viên giao nhận sẽ đem lệnh cấp container rỗng đến hãng tàu ( thường ở cảng do hãng tàu chỉ định) để đổi lệnh lấy container. Ớ bước này hãng tàu sẽ giao cho nhân viên giao nhận bộ hồ sơ gồm : packing list container, seal tàu, vị trí cấp container, lệnh cấp container

Nhân viên giao nhận sẽ giao bộ hồ sơ này cho tài xế kéo container đến bãi chỉ định của hãng tàu xuất trình lệnh cấp container đã được duyệt, đóng phí nâng container cho phòng thương vụ bãi và lấy container rỗng vận chuyển đến kho người xuất khẩu đóng hàng.

Sau khi đóng hàng xong sẽ vận chuyển container có hàng hạ bãi tại cảng chờ xếp hàng ( theo trên booking confirm) và đóng phí hạ container cho cảng vụ
