- Bên được ủy quyền có trách nhiệm

- Bên được ủy quyền có trách nhiệm đảm bảo thực hiện hợp đồng thông qua tiền mặt gửi vào tài khoản của Bên A hoặc Chứng thư bảo lãnh của Ngân hàng tại Việt Nam hoặc Ngân hàng nước ngoài hoạt động hợp pháp tại Việt Nam. Giá trị đảm bảo thực hiện hợp đồng sẽ được điều chỉnh căn cứ trên số tiền dịch vụ trung bình phát sinh trong 03 tháng gần nhất của Bên B để xác định. Số tiền bảo lãnh sẽ bị tước thu trong trường hợp Bên B hoặc Bên Được Ủy Quyền không thực hiện đầy đủ nghĩa vụ thanh toán theo quy định tại Điều 6 của hợp đồng này

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Authorized Party is responsible for ensuring implementation of contract through the cash deposited into accounts of party A or deed of guarantee of the Bank in Vietnam or in foreign banks operating in Vietnam. Value guarantee contract will be adjusted based on how much the average service in 3 months of Party B to determine. The amount of the guarantee will be deprived of currency in case the Parties B or Authorized Parties do not fulfill the payment obligations under the provisions of article 6 of this agreement

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

- Authorized party shall be responsible for ensuring the implementation of the contract through cash on account of Party A or Deed of Guarantee Bank in Vietnam or foreign bank operating legally in Vietnam. Value ensure contract performance will be adjusted based on the average amount of services incurred in the most recent 03 months of Party B to determine. The amount of the guarantee will be deprived of revenue in case the Authorized Party B or not fully comply with its payment obligations under the provisions of Article 6 of this contract
