OS Div. chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng hệ thống dự phòng cho hệ thống trọng yếu như Active Directory Server, Files Server, GL Server). Hệ thống dự phòng phải cách hệ thống chính 20km trở lên theo đường thẳng.
Hệ thống dự phong thay thế được hệ thống chính trong vòng 4 giờ kể từ khi hệ thống chính có sự cố không khăc phục được.
Tối thiểu 3 tháng một lần, tiến hành kiểm tra, đánh giá hoạt động của hệ thống dự phòng.
Tối thiểu 6 tháng 1 lần, tiến hành diễn tập chuyển đổi hệ thống CNTT trọng yếu từ hệ thống chính sang hệ thống dự phòng theo kịch bản để kiểm tra, đánh giá hoạt động của hệ thống dự phòng. Đối với Core Banking System, yêu cầu đối tác cung cấp báo cáo kiểm toán CNTT trong đó bao gồm báo cáo BCP/DRP để đảm bảo hệ thong hoạt dộng khi sảy ra thảm họa.
