Việc thẩm định trực tiếp tại gia đì

Việc thẩm định trực tiếp tại gia đình/hộ sản xuất kinh doanh cần phải được tiến hành độc lập mà không có sự trợgiúp từ cán bộ tín dụng. Cán bộ tái thẩm định sẽ căn cứ vào những thông tin đã có trong hồ sơ vay vốn, báo cáo thẩm định của Cán bộ tín dụng đối chiếu với thực tế tại hộ sản xuất để khẳng định độ chuẩn mực, trung thực của người vay cũng như Cán bộ tín dụng khi cung cấp thông tin.
- Cán bộ tái thẩm định cũng sẽ phải quan sát, khảo sát, kiểm tra thực tế tại hộ sản xuất để tìm hiểu những tác động bên ngoài ảnh hưởng đế quá trình thực hiện phương án sản xuất kinh doanh/ dự án đầu tư.
- Ít nhất hai cán bộ tham gia tỏ tái thẩm định trong đó có ít nhất một trưởng hoặc phó phòng tín dụng là thành viên. Giám đốc ngân hàng cho vay chịu trách nhiệm chỉ định thành phần của tổ thẩm định đối với từng khoản vay.
- Tổ tái thẩm định có trách nhiệm thẩm định lại toàn bộ hồ sơ vay vốn,báo cáo thẩm định kiêm tờ trình của cán bộ tín dụng và ghi rõ ý kiến của mình trê tờ trình vầ việc cho vay/ không cho vay để trình giám đốc ngân hàng cho vay hoặc người được ủy quyền xem xét quyết định và chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung các công việc nêu trên.
- Mọi sự khác biệt giữa kết quả thẩm định và tái thẩm định mà có thể dẫn đến quyết định khác nhau đều phải trình lên giám đốc ngân hàng cho vay.
