Bên B bằng chi phí của mình chịu trách nhiệm thí nghiệm các loại vật tư, vật liệu, thiết bị cần thiết trước khi đưa vào sử dụng. Số lượng lấy mẫu thí nghiệm, phương pháp thử phải tuân theo các tiêu chuẩn hiện hành của Việt Nam. Các thí nghiệm phải do các tổ chức có tư cách pháp nhân, đủ điều kiện năng lực theo quy định của nhà nước thực hiện và phải được bên A chấp nhận.
