Đem ủ ở 37 ± 10C trong 3h. Nếu xuất hiện khuẩn lạc có vùng màu hồng thì kết luận mẫu dương tính (+), nếu không có hiện tượng gì thì kết luận mẫu âm tính (-)với Staphylococcus Aureus.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
