Trong quá trình hoạt động, nếu cơ quan quản lý nhà nước thanh kiểm tra phát hiện các sai phạm về Luật bảo vệ môi trường thì cơ quan có chức năng sẽ thu hồi giấy chứng nhận đủ điều kiện nhập khẩu phế liệu của công ty và xử lý theo đúng luật định.
