- Load data lên dataview
- Chuẩn bị cho việc nhập dữ liệu

Khi người dùng chọn button thêm xóa hoặc sửa:
- Kiểm tra ràng buộc dữ liệu.
- Nếu thỏa mãn lưu dữ liệu xuống csdl
- Thông báo kết quả thực hiện.
- Làm sạch control
- Nếu không thỏa thì thông báo lỗi.
