Tiếp theo dự thảo đề án NTTS tại Vung Viêng do sở NN&PTNT xây dựng đã hoàn thành, 01 Hội nghị cộng đồng được tổ chức với sự tham gia của 32 hộ dân được lựa chọn tham gia mô hình thí điểm NTTS giai đoạn 1 để lựa chọn những hộ dân tiên phong tham gia vào giai đoạn 1 của đề án.
