Điều 3: Các quy định đối với nhà đầu tư thực hiện dự án:
- Nhà đầu tư phải cam kết triển khai thực hiện dự án đầu tư theo đúng nội dung đã đăng ký quy định tại Điều 1 của Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký đầu tư này.
- Thực hiện đầy đủ các thủ tục về môi trường, đất đai, xây dựng, an toàn lao động, phòng ngừa cháy nổ...., phối hợp với các cơ quan chức năng có liên quan đảm bảo an ninh trật tự trong quá trình triển khai thực hiện dự án.
- Thực hiện chế độ báo cáo hoạt động đầu tư theo quy định của pháp luật về đầu tư và pháp luật liên quan.

Article 3: The rules for investors of the project:-Investors must commit to implementing the investment project in the correct registered contents specified in article 1 of the certificate of registration of the investment.-Implement fully the environmental procedures, land, building, labour safety, fire prevention...., in cooperation with the relevant authorities to ensure security in the process of implementing the project.-Make reporting investment activity according to the provisions of the law on investment and related laws.

- implementation of the reporting regime of investment activities in accordance with the law on investment and related laws.
